Zonera Digital Agency sells premium Shopify themes, which are digital goods ("Products") delivered electronically. Each Product is a theme file package designed for use on the Shopify e-commerce platform.
Our Products are described accurately on the product listing pages. Screenshots and preview mockups are representative of the final design but may vary slightly depending on content, images, and configuration applied during setup.
Shopify is a third-party platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Shopify Inc. Compatibility is confirmed for current Shopify theme API versions at the time of release.

Important: Unauthorized redistribution of our themes is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law. We actively monitor for unauthorized sharing and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (₺) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Creem, a third-party payment platform. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service.
Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed by Creem and a delivery email is dispatched to the address you provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
After successful payment, your theme download link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Download links may expire after a set period. Please download and save your files promptly upon receipt.
All themes, designs, code, graphics, and content sold by Zonera Digital Agency are the intellectual property of Zonera Digital Agency and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product as described above. It does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Zonera Digital Agency.
Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zonera Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Products.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
